INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 Oreo cookies, divided use
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add whipped cream to a mixer bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate.
Add softened cream cheese to mixer bowl and beat until creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
Crush 12 Oreo cookies in the food processor or place in a zip top bag and smash into crumbs with a rolling pin.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of Oreo crumbs into 6 serving glasses or serving dishes.
Fold in remainder of Oreo crumbs into cheesecake mixture.
Spoon cheesecake mixture over Oreo crumbs into serving glasses.
Garnish with a dollop of sweetened whip cream or whipped topping.
Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of milk together in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Repeat in 15 second intervals until chocolate is smooth.
Drizzle over whipped cream and add a whole Oreo cookie for garnish.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
5.5 Tablespoons unsalted butter- softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup sour cream

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 8 or 9 inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
To make the filling: Mix together the cream cheese and sugar on medium-low speed until creamy. Add egg white end mix on low just to combine. Set aside.To make the cake batter: In a bow stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
With an electric mixer cream together the butter and sugar on medium-low speed. Add egg and egg yolk and vanilla. Slowly mix in the flour mixture alternating with the sour cream. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and smooth with a spatula. Spread the cream cheese filling on top. Place raspberries onto cream cheese filling.
To make the topping: Combine sugar, flour and chilled cubed butter in a bowl. Stir with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly.( Make sure the streusel is in pea-sized crumbs)
Sprinkle the streusel on top of raspberries.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack, run a thin knife around the cake and loose ring of springform pan.
8.Store in the fridge.

  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g of milk
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • applesauce
  • crystal sugar

 

Preparation:

Step 1:

Pour the flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Blend and dig in the center. Pour in the egg, milk, soft butter cut into cubes. Knead the dough for several minutes until you obtain a homogeneous ball that comes off the sides of the bowl. Cover with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 2 hours at room temperature. It must double in size.

Step 2:

Softly flour your work surface. Coil out the dough employing a rolling prick. Cut out discs of dough using a cookie cutter or a glass. Arrange the discs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let stand for about 1 hour.

Step 3:

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Brush each donut with milk. Bake for 10 minutes. Right out of the oven, place the donuts in a bowl of cold water. Immediately coat them with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Step 4:

Place the applesauce in a pocket fitted with a thin nozzle or in a syringe. Generously garnish each donut.

Ingredient

2 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding powder
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
10 oz. m&ms candies (I used mini)

 

Instructions

In one bowl: Combine the flour, baking soda, and unprepared pudding powder. Mix well.
In another bowl: Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until well mixed. Add most of the m&ms candies and mix until evenly distributed.
Form dough into golf ball-sized balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets, 2 inches apart OR use a Silpat mat.
Place extra candies on cookies so they look pretty.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 14 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown along the edges and soft-set in the middle.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for two minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature. These cookies freeze beautifully.
Yield: 2 dozen cookies.

3/4 cup real, unsalted butter (no substitutions)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
for pink vanilla buttercream frosting:

6 Tablespoons real, unsalted butter, softened
2 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth. Mix in flour, soda and salt. Mix until smooth.
Butter a 9×13 glass cake pan. Spread cookie dough into the bottom of the pan in and even layer. (I use buttered hands to do this and it works very well.) Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown around the edges. Cool completely and frost with pink vanilla buttercream frosting. Use a bunch of sprinkles to make it pretty.
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a counter top mixer. Using the whisk attachment, mix on low until ingredients are incorporated. Turn to high and whip until light and fluffy (3 minutes.)
*Note: This recipe makes enough buttercream frosting to frost a 9×13 sheet cake. Enjoy!

2 CUPS.Of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

A Large Can Of 14Oz Of “Sweetened Condensed milk“.

1 TSP.Of pure vanilla extract.

 

Instructions

STEP 1:

For the quick removal of set fudge, I greased a square pan and line with parchment paper, then set it aside.

STEP 2:

In a microwave-safe bowl, I heated the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, on high for 1 minute. I took it out of the oven, and for 1 minute, I let rest, then I stir to combine.
(Heat for an additional 30 seconds if it’s necessary).

STEP 3:

I stir until the chips and chocolate are fully melted and smooth.

STEP 4:

I added the vanilla extract and mixed well again.

STEP 5:

In my prepared pan, I poured the fudge mixture, and before cutting into squares of 1“, I let the fudge cool completely. (To speed up the process, I put them in the refrigerator for 90 minutes).

STEP 6:

I store in a jar that is airtight, and I ate one from time to time.

  • ° 1 cup (250 ml) 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • ° 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • ° 1 egg
  • ° 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Lemon zest
  • ° 250 ml (1 cup) diced strawberries

Also provide:

  • ° 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) flour
  • ° 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) salt
  • ° 10 ml (2 tsp.) Baking powder

Optional:

  • ° 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract

 

Instructions

Preheated oven to 180 ° C

In a bowl, combine the flour with the salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, combine the yogurt with the sugar, egg, lemon zest and, if desired, vanilla.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the strawberries and stir.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form twelve cookies using about 45 ml (3 tbsp) of dough for each and spacing them 5 cm (2 inches) apart.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Spread both cans of apple pie filling onto the bottom of your prepared dish.
Sprinkle about half of the bag of caramel bits evenly over the top of the pie filling.
Evenly distribute the dry cake mix over top.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix covering as much of it as you can.
Bake uncovered in the center rack for 30-40 minutes or until the buttery cake mix turns a deep golden brown.

1 cup potato, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
1⁄3 cup melted margarine
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half

1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
2 pie crusts (either store bought or your own recipe)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Saute onion, celery, carrots and potatoes in margarine for 10 minutes.
Add flour to sauteed mixture, stirring well, cook one minute stirring constantly. Combine broth and half and half.
Gradually stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper; add chicken and stir well.
Pour into shallow 2 quart casserole dish and top with pie shells.
Cut slits to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly and cooked through.
