INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
18 Oreo cookies, divided use
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add whipped cream to a mixer bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate.
Add softened cream cheese to mixer bowl and beat until creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until combined.
Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
Crush 12 Oreo cookies in the food processor or place in a zip top bag and smash into crumbs with a rolling pin.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of Oreo crumbs into 6 serving glasses or serving dishes.
Fold in remainder of Oreo crumbs into cheesecake mixture.
Spoon cheesecake mixture over Oreo crumbs into serving glasses.
Garnish with a dollop of sweetened whip cream or whipped topping.
Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of milk together in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Repeat in 15 second intervals until chocolate is smooth.
Drizzle over whipped cream and add a whole Oreo cookie for garnish.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

  • 1 egg
  • 90 g of milk
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • applesauce
  • crystal sugar

 

Preparation:

Step 1:

Pour the flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Blend and dig in the center. Pour in the egg, milk, soft butter cut into cubes. Knead the dough for several minutes until you obtain a homogeneous ball that comes off the sides of the bowl. Cover with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 2 hours at room temperature. It must double in size.

Step 2:

Softly flour your work surface. Coil out the dough employing a rolling prick. Cut out discs of dough using a cookie cutter or a glass. Arrange the discs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let stand for about 1 hour.

2 CUPS.Of semi-sweet chocolate chips.

A Large Can Of 14Oz Of “Sweetened Condensed milk“.

1 TSP.Of pure vanilla extract.

 

Instructions

STEP 1:

For the quick removal of set fudge, I greased a square pan and line with parchment paper, then set it aside.

STEP 2:

In a microwave-safe bowl, I heated the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, on high for 1 minute. I took it out of the oven, and for 1 minute, I let rest, then I stir to combine.
(Heat for an additional 30 seconds if it’s necessary).

STEP 3:

I stir until the chips and chocolate are fully melted and smooth.

STEP 4:

I added the vanilla extract and mixed well again.

STEP 5:

In my prepared pan, I poured the fudge mixture, and before cutting into squares of 1“, I let the fudge cool completely. (To speed up the process, I put them in the refrigerator for 90 minutes).

STEP 6:

I store in a jar that is airtight, and I ate one from time to time.

  • ° 1 cup (250 ml) 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • ° 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • ° 1 egg
  • ° 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Lemon zest
  • ° 250 ml (1 cup) diced strawberries

Also provide:

  • ° 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) flour
  • ° 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) salt
  • ° 10 ml (2 tsp.) Baking powder

Optional:

  • ° 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract

 

Instructions

Preheated oven to 180 ° C

In a bowl, combine the flour with the salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, combine the yogurt with the sugar, egg, lemon zest and, if desired, vanilla.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the strawberries and stir.

Ingredients

1 cup potato, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
1⁄3 cup melted margarine
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
2 pie crusts (either store bought or your own recipe)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Saute onion, celery, carrots and potatoes in margarine for 10 minutes.
Add flour to sauteed mixture, stirring well, cook one minute stirring constantly. Combine broth and half and half.
Gradually stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper; add chicken and stir well.
Pour into shallow 2 quart casserole dish and top with pie shells.
Cut slits to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly and cooked through.

FOR GARNISH:

Cooked brown rice.

Step 1:

I whisked together the soy sauce and the hoisin sauce in a small bowl, then I set it aside.

Step 2:

I cooked the ground pork in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat until browned.

Step 3:

I seasoned with flakes of salt, cinnamon powder, ginger, and red pepper, then I added sesame oil.

Step 4:

I added the minced garlic and chopped onion and I simmer for another 8 minutes until the onion was tender.

Step 5:

I stirred in the combination of hoisin sauce and soy sauce, then I added in the carrots and coleslaw and roast for another 7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.

Step 6:

Then I removed it from the heat.

Step 7:

I served it hot with rice, and I added sliced green onions for garnish.

FOR THE CAKE:
1 pkg. (15.25 oz.) dark chocolate cake mix
Ingredients listed on the box to make the cake
1 box (3.56 oz.) instant Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
4 cups milk, divided
1 jar (12.8 oz.) Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate topping

FOR THE TOPPING:
1 box (3.56 oz.) instant Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Giant (6.8 oz.) Hershey Dark Chocolate candy bar, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake the cake according to package directions using a 9×13-in. baking pan.
Mix the pudding mix with 2 cups of milk in a medium bowl. Poke holes in the hot cake with the round end of a wooden spoon and slowly pour this mixture over the cake, trying to fill the holes.
Microwave the chocolate topping (with the lid off) for about 45 seconds or until it pours easily. Pour evenly over the top of the cake. Let the cake cool completely.
In a medium bowl, combine the second pudding mix with the additional 2 cups of milk. Carefully fold in the whipped topping. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the cake. Sprinkle the chopped candy bar over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Store the cake (covered) in the refrigerator.

2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large egg yolks
3 heaping cups mini marshmallows

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the peanuts and Rice Krispies. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the cake mix, egg and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Press the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over the hot crust. Return to oven for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffy and just beginning to turn golden.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and the remaining butter.
Heat and stir until peanut butter chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the peanuts and Rice Krispies and stir to coat well.
Carefully spread the peanut mixture over the marshmallows. Refrigerate until set.

Instructions

Lay the slices of bread on your work service (I used a large cutting board) and spread the cream cheese evenly among each slice in a thin layer.
Arrange the cucumber slices in rows over 3 slices of the bread, overlapping them a bit.
Top with the remaining bread, and cut into quarters so there are 4 pieces from each sandwich.
Serve immediately or bread will get soggy. Enjoy!

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tbsp butter
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 10.75 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
pepper

 

Instructions

Bring water to a boil and cook macaroni for 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a medium pan, mix butter and cheese until cheese melts. Add sour cream, soup, salt, milk and pepper until combined.
Add this mixture to the slow cooker along with the cooked macaroni. Mix until combined and cook on low for 2 hours stirring every once in awhile.
